I had the opportunity to enjoy a very nice, well presented and well prepared multiple-course meal here with business colleagues. My colleague had requested a pre-set meal for six of us given the apparent time involved in preparation. We enjoyed a number of very fresh, well presented dishes which ranged from a shrimp custard, an elaborate vegetable presentation, salmon, sashimi, miso soup, a flaked fish and rice dish and small ice cream dollops wrapped in what was likely some type of rice- based wrap. Thankfully a Japanese colleague had everything arranged as I was not sure if an English menu was available. One colleague who did not prefer the mostly seafood based dishes had a very nicely prepared beef serving. I was fortunate to try a piece and it was fantastic. Truly a very fine Japanese dining experience!
