Recommended by the hotel. We really enjoyed he food and the atmosphere. John had carbonara followed by tiramisu and I had swordfish followed by an amazing zabaglione. Very friendly and attentive staff. Booking advised as it seems popular with locals.
An absolute gem slightly off the tourist trail but easily walkable to the national stadium, the owner Lorenzo D'Annibale speaks fluent English and an excellent host. He is obviously passionate about local food and wine and very knowledgeable. We spent a wonderful couple of hours before the Scotland v Italy 6 nations match enjoying fabulous food washed down with some local beer and wines.
Tommaso, owner of the B&B, recommended this restaurant to us and so glad he did. The food was delicious and the atmosphere cozy. It is a local restaurant with friendly service. I had the ravioli that was fresh made and tiramisu for dessert. It was served more like a mousse. It was smooth, creamy, and heavenly. The best tiramisu I have ever had.
