Is the best place where I have eaten fish. The manager is the best guy, I had eaten everything that is to eat in one day. For fresh to cooked and everything was perfect. So if you are in Rome and you want to eat fish. Cottura zero is your best choice.
As it's not the first and the last time eating in this great fish and see food restaurant, I think I have much to say about "Cottura Zero" or as the original name of this restaurant is " Il Tempio Di Iside" Francesco and Cristina Tripodi and Francesco's brother Giuseppe the invisible chef are the masters of this fish miracle in the center of Roma . You must try the fried fish and see food as a starter I am sure you never had a high quality fried fish as they do. And as a main course a real must is scampi or giant shrimps or lobster alla Catalana a real " culinary organum " Or try the sea fished cooked under salt or in the oven with potatoes cherry tomatoes and olive tagiasche . I am sure you will enjoy it . Deserts are nothing to write home about . The wines are good and not high priced especially the sparkling wines
If you want the freshest fish you can find outside a fish market go to Zero Gradi. The raw fish is incredible and the cooked dishes are extremely creative and well flavoured. The wine list has some very reasonably priced wines of very good quality and the service is attentive but casual. Everything about this restaurant is to drawer.
