We went here for dinner after a busy day in Amsterdam. Before entering we read the menu in the window & chose to go here because of the selection. I had onion soup which was very enjoyable, my partner has a satisfying experience with the mushroom soup. For mains we ordered a Thai chicken salad & lasagna. The lasagna was served without any salad or chips or anything. The Thai salad bore no resemblance to a salad at all. The only green substance on the plate was a little sprinkling of lettuce on the top and some coriander which had been cooked with the rest of the meal. Yes it was cooked--- everything, cucumber, onion, capsicum & coriander in a sauce like substance with chicken & mushroom. When served it was so hot it burnt my mouth. I endeavoured to maintain some decorum as I was in a different country but this was a stew not a salad. When we paid I was asked if it was good & I suggested that this was not like any salad I had ever had. She questioned & I told her it was different bad not good. She was not worried by this (or at least this is the way it appeared)
