For many months we've wanted to try out this place which was suggested to us as an alternative to the overly-popular Burma Superstar. Glad we gave these folks a visit, but not sure how frequently we'll be back. Maybe next visit we will try out the Thai dishes. Very convenient if visiting the Legion of Honor. It's definitely more than average, but maybe not quite very good. Wish I could give them a 3 1/2 star. We had Tea Leaf Salad, it was basic, nothing special. The Burmese Curry Lamb was fine, nicely spiced. The Burmese Roti Palata was good, but way too big and too pricey for an appetizer. Friendly staff.

If you are looking for Burmese, this is should be your first choice. It's has better parking, just as good of a menu, and very little wait compared to the Burmese places on the other side of Clement.
