My wife and I visited Le Monument Bleu for a valentine's day meal. We had researched it in Japanese since there was virtually no information on it in English. They specialize in 3 items - quiche, galette, and pizza, but we only tried the quiche, which was nice. There were some interesting flavour combinations as well, such as chorizo sausage and lentils, or mussels and zucchini. Another specialty here is Belgian beer, of which they have probably 30 varieties. The food is reasonably priced, but the drinks are a little steep. I paid 1200 yen for an, admittedly very delicious, 12% dark beer, but they have some cheaper varieties in the 600-800 range. After the meal we shared an extensive chocolate dessert plate, which I felt was very reasonably priced for the size and quality (980 yen). The atmosphere here is nice as well. Towards the back of the restaurant is a huge movie screen playing some old black-and-white films, and there are cozy blankets and plenty of space to move about. Also, I should point out that this restaurant is only open after 6pm for dinner. I don't know if they offer a lunch service.
