I will start off by saying that the staff at this restaurant are the best that I have encountered anywhere in my extensive travels around the world. The main feature at this restaurant is the "Flying Chicken" which is item number 1 on the menu. This consists of a chicken being cooked and then being placed on a large catapult while on fire on a stage. It is then launched into the air and caught by a waiter riding a unicycle while wearing a helmet with a metal spike on top of it.It is something unique to this restaurant and should not be missed. The menu at this restaurant is about the largest that I have seen anywhere in the world.Apart from the chicken which after it's performance comes served to your table as moist and tasty we also had curried ostrich which was delightful. My wife told the manager that it was my birthday when we were there and the staff organised a cake with multiple neon signs and sang me Happy Birthday in English and Thai.It was a lovely way to finish the night and added to the experience. It is a little bit out of the way so a taxi is probably the best way to get there but we went by public transport from Bangkok and I am happy to offer these directions to anyone who would like to send me a message at Tripadvisor. My final word is if you come to Bangkok this is one experience not to be missed!!!!!
It's worth the experience with the 'flying' chicken.. .it's really a spectacular experience to see how your chicken 'dinner' is being presented and served! Good service overall. The menu is extensive but mostly Thai dishes. If you have young children, they'll be entertained for sure. Extremely child friendly!
A bit out of the way but well worth the trip. Completely mad set up, the flying chicken show is well worth the effort to get there and the food is pretty good. The show is not polished, just imagine your embarrassing uncle and his mortified children putting on a show for all the family and you get the vibe. A once in a lifetime experience!
