Creative, inventive new twists on traditional Cantonese cuisine form the basis of an elegant dining experience in the heart of Hong Kong. The steamed crab claw with vegetables on a bed of egg white was a culinary triumph of delicate, fresh tastes and surprising presentation--even for Hong Kong Chinese diners. The dessert selection is impressive and also delicious. Supervisor Jeff Leung and his professional serving team were flawless--friendly and informative when appropriate, and otherwise efficient and unobtrusive.
