De Kas是阿姆斯特丹一家非常有名的有机餐厅，餐厅在一座玻璃房内，布置得像是暖棚，周围被绿色的蔬菜环绕，所有菜单上提供的蔬菜都是餐厅自己种植，倡导有机、健康的理念。
