We went to this place expecting simply a vegetarian place. It turn out it was a vegetarian mexican place. The food was not only good but very healthy as well. The people working there were very kind and friendly!

My family and I were visiting the area this past weekend. My 12 year old daughter is vegetarian and it is often difficult to find a good place for her to eat. While looking on groupon, I found this place. I purchased a groupon and I could not have been more pleased. She loved the food. For $14 we got a personal pizza, a burger with cheese and 2 beet/orange/carrot juices. Even without the groupon, the food is really inexpensive compared to a place like Wholefoods. I just wish I could find similar places everywhere we travel.

I'm a carnivore, but this restaurant it is very good. I had flax seed tea and the "Chicken" Salad Pita and it was delicious. They have a glorious way of working with soy. The restaurant is small, but clean, cozy. wheelchair and family friendly. The staff is very courteous. The prices are accesible for tight budgets. When looking for the restaurant it is a bit hard to see because it is located in a small shopping center next to a repair shop at the corner of Moorpark and Whitsett. Enjoy!
