gogo is operated by 2 guys, one of whom (Goto) is the chef, and the other, the "customer services manager". Goto speaks pretty good English, and they also have their menu in English, for those who can't read Japanese. The food is always freshly prepared and cooked (nothing pre-cooked, or frozen), and I particularly recommend the shrimp and avocado starter (670 yen). gogo is licenced, and has an ample supply of beers, wines, and spirits.
