This "Western Coffee Cafe" is part of the Food Court inside the Shoppes at the Sands. 9#B2-50 is named as Rasapura Masters..We just needed a restful place to sit with very nice Coffee, with a view towards the Ice-skating rink.. its funny to watch the kids trying to skate......
