AFURI的招牌是拉面，AFURI的特色在添加柚子风味，以鸡骨为底、鱼介为辅的清爽汤头。AFURI（阿夫利）的本店在惠比寿，开店至今也有十几年的时间，当初是豚骨拉面盛行的年代，柚子塩味独树一帜。
