VIP is a great Chinese Buffet. It has many typical Chinese dishes, Honey Walnut Shrimp, fried rice, dumplings and many others. It's also not as expensive as other buffets in Tumon. The service could use some work. They didn't refill my drink for at least 45 minutes.
We went on a Friday night for dinner with a large group. I really was not impressed with the overall place. I understand it was busy on a Friday night, but the food was not quickly replaced if it ran out. The walnut shrimp was ok, but I do not think the selection that was offered was worth the 21 or so dollars it cost. The food overall was average at best.
