We are regular customers at Moods Bar and hosted a party there on Friday, Cathy the manager arranged food for 16 of us and all of our guests were more than delighted with the standard of food and more so the excellent service from all the staff that evening. Sophie was in charge of our table and she was outstanding! She addressed all of our guests by their name and attended to all our requirements. The staff at Moods bar definitely are a credit to Sheraton and my guests and I would like to express our huge thanks! You made our evening.
