We gave our big bro surprised birthday celebration and it was indeed a successful one. The food was overflowing from salad to main course to dessert. Staff was all friendly And most especially Chef Pascal. It was worth spending for your loved ones. Big Thank you To Chef and the rest of the staff for making my brother’s birthday a very special and memorable one.
To my utter disgust, during lunch found long hair stand in food! So as not to disgust other diners i took my plate aside and beckoned the restaurant manager, and brought it to his attention. His reaction was apologetic, but not empathetic. He offered to change plate and food, but ofcourse i would not eat any more as i clearly did not trust their hygiene levels. Later the F&B Director came by (probably summoned by Restaurant Mgr - i did not ask to see him) and asked me what happened!! I thought he should have come prepared instead having me re-run the disgusting experience. Anyway, after my explanation, the F&B Director's says "sir, you know, it happens"!! Really?? His so very casual approach and response according to me was most disgusting. I had to end the discussion then and there.
