Expect a bit of a wait at busy times; a great place to grab a bite to eat and a coffee before heading out. Do not come here if you expect to be served instantaneously and your meal to arrive super quick - foreigners, be patient and respectful! We were treated with great respect and staff made a great effort, but an American couple next to us sat down for 2 seconds and started calling out "excuse me, yes, HELLO!?" Even though there were people around them who had arrived before and were waiting patiently to be served. Rightfully so, they were ignored. Respect the Japanese culture, if you need to catch a waiters attention - politely raise your hand and gently say 'sumimasen' as they pass, Japanese people are very helpful towards foreigners - so long as you don't disrespect them. Do not go here if you're in an absolute rush, there's plenty of choice in the station - but the fact that it's always busy and full of locals tells you something.
