My wife & I recently enjoyed lunch at Mythos. We hadn't planned on having lunch there but spotted a few lunch time specials which we thought we should try. We opted to share a chicken sovlakia which was 2 separate chicken sovlakia's and came with a greek salad and priced at R 59.00. Chicken was perfectly cooked, succulent and tasty. We followed up the starters with 2 x 250 gram steaks. These were also on special at R 59.00 per steak. Once again cooked as ordered, juicy and tasty. Wine list caters for both budget & expensive tastes and we did enjoy a good bottle of wine at a reasonable price. The outside atmosphere is very pleasant. Service was good & if I am back in Pretoria around lunch time I would definitely try it again.

If you like interesting food then you should try this restaurant. The food looks amazing, smells define and taste just as good! The cocktails are good and thats a bonus! Waiting time for food is a bit longer than one would expect and the service is slow, which suck! Overall - love this place! The location is amazing, full of young and old people enjoying fine wine and dine experience..

Being seated outside in the fresh air resulted in a pleasing dining experience where we weren't competing with the conversations at adjacent tables, and then the food arrived and the conversation decreased substantially! My son loved the fried calamari that he ordered, saying it was the best he has ever eaten, and wife and I loved the non-meaty meze platter for two with added Yiro. Wow! I was initially keen to have the Kleftiko but decided that it was just too expensive not to give me indigestion while I ate it. Our choices didn't have to stand back though in terms of quality or taste!
