I got here by the reviews it got...all well deserved. Apart from the menu in cyrillic, not helpful for foreigners, the waiter helped a lot and the food, meat and vegetables, was just great. The place is cosy and delightfully noisy, lively but not excessive. Get there once and you'll love it.

Discovered Optimist on a recent trip to Moscow and was so pleased with the food and service that we visited multiple times for both lunch and dinner. The business lunches are fast and delicious -- and amazingly inexpensive for the quality. The dinner menu provides a wide array of very tasty options. Service is great too -- friendly and attentive. Highly recommend a visit or two or three!

Fabulous, spectacular, amazing serbian food, best in Moscow! If you are a meet eater- this is the place you should go! Order a meat plate as a starter and don't forget their local bread- they will bring it just baked in the oven! A serbian been soup is also a must together with their beer. We have started all this with "slivovica" and all of this made our dinner perfect!!!
