Clatite (pancakes), desserts and traditional Romanian meals and salads are good here. Don't think about anything that pretends to be Mexican or Asian (that goes for Tulcea restaurants generally). In the Pelican neighborhood and across from Lake Ciuperca so you can eat and drink, then walk off your calories! Nice enough ambience and wait staff.

Been there with our Romanian friends. Very nice place to enjoy a well prepared local dish at a good price. Friendly and fast serving and english well spoken too. Possible to sit in and out. Remember to have a photo of you taken. It will be put on the wall inside.
