This is a small, lunch only cafe with 'home-cooked' ethnic food. It is great value, tasty and easy to park with quick service. The vegetable curry and dahl are perfect for a healthy lunch. The little vegetable pancakes add a special; touch.

This is a wonderful spot for good, honest tucker cooked by folks who love real food. We dropped in for lunch today and were amazed to get a plate piled with hearty, gluten free goodies for $8.00 each. There are cooks from Ethiopia, Korea and India. On the day we dropped in the cook was Korean. After our meal I asked about making Kim Chi and the lovely Korean lady explained how to make it and even packed me a take home container which she insisted i could have without payment. A great find and a wonderful experience, will be returning soon.

I was delighted to be greeted by the friendly staff and it was a great experience to taste the food which was just amazing. I was able to find this place as it is just on the Main Road even though I'm from Darwin, first time visiting Hobart. Overall, it was one of the amazing experiences while I was visiting Hobart and I would definitely go back to Global Kitchen when I go back down for a holiday with my family soon.
