We met friends for a catch up on a busy Saturday morning and without a booking they fit our table of 5 in before a 12pm booking! Very friendly service from all staff. Great place for kids with the playground! Scones were so yummy :-)

Set within, and surrounded by Eden Nursery gardens, this cafe has a delightful atmosphere and can be a lovely spot for a light morning tea or lunch. We have had good experiences and not so good depending on the level of clientele and the staff in attendance. Can be hit and miss in that regard with slow service and generally too noisy etc however if you go at a quieter time of day, you will appreciate this place. The food has always been excellent.......whether it be scones or a quiche and salad.

We all know when we are being made fun of. After waiting for half an hour for a coffee having arriving early for a catch up with friends, after then having to find our own menus I asked the waitress if we should wave for her when we wanted to order. They were busy, I was trying to be of assistance. The waitress was completely rude and made fun of me in the smug way people do when they think you don't realise they are putting you down. I realised, shameful customer service!

My fiancé and I both loved the food we got and thought the price was great. The restaurant is outdoors so it was a bit muggy with the warm weather but it is definitely a place I would recommend others to go. Service time was quick and had no problems with my waitress. Eggs benedict was delicious and so was the big breakfast.
