Friends have always mentioned to me how yummy the steaks are in Charcoal and it really is a fact! Food and service is superb. I would definitely bring my family here once we visit Brunei again. Must try!

I have dine in this restaurant few times and found out the taste and quality of the food is downgrade . Early this restaurant offer the quality of the food in 5 star range but nowadays it in 2 star range. The lunch promotion offer a good value but again the taste and quality of the food give me no no.

Not the usual sort of place I'd go to, but they're friendly at least. A menu with lots of photos, which is good. However the dish I ordered looked so dissimilar to the photo I had to question it with the manager. After much talking in the kitchen, they decided it was the right dish, but acknowledged that there was a problem, and that customers had questioned it before !! So what does that tell us then !? On the positive side, I liked the electric call bells for service etc.

This review is for the Bandar's branch. Came here with my family members on a Saturday after the lunch rush hour. Admittedly we were a big group but no excuse for a poor and shoddy service. We made a reservation, though the person at the reservation desk managed to screw up by showing us a table for 2 people when the reservation was made for a party of 18. The waitress messed up our orders and our food arrived sporadically after 45 mins of placing the order. The chicken was bland, the cod was not fresh, fillet mignon dry. They forgotten my order of ribs and it arrived after 1.5 hours later after repeated reminders, by then I had lost all appetite. The ribs were dried, tasteless and cold. No apologies, no nothing. Total cost B$400, enjoyment of food = big fat ZERO.
