We expected with such a great location and such a beautiful view we would enjoy this restaurant. Boy were we surprised. The waitress gave us our menus and opened her notebook and took the cap off the pen and expected us to give her our order all in a split second. That is not an exaggeration. We ordered a beer and a lemonade to drink and my wife told her please gives us a minute. She left in a huff and made a gruff sound and left to get our drinks. When she returned we gave her our order of grilled fish, scallops, fried rice and garlic morning Glory's. Fifteen minutes later she returns with the tray of 4 scallops. Nothing else. We are used to this weird service from some of the Vietnamese establishments. This was different. Worse. Thirty minutes later we motioned for our other food. We had started to eat the scallops alone since that was all we had. Well they finally bring the fish. After another 5 minutes we call over the wait staff of which there are several all standing around and ask for our rice and vegetable. The male staff member Screeches something to the waitress who obviously never placed out full order. We start eating the fish now waiting for the rice and morning glory. Eventually the small tray of rice arrives. We eat this and are half way finished when the morning glory arrives. Only barely cooked. So tough neither one of us was able to cut it into size small enough to eat. In 47 years I have NEVER left without leaving a tip. Until now. We noticed only one table of diners in this huge restaurant while we were there. They arrived well after us and left well before us. Writing this is a first for me. Maybe you are thinking about giving this place a try. Maybe you won't. Either way I won't give them a second try. There are too many great places to eat to waste time and money on this place.
