After an eloquent meal in another of the lotte hotel restaurants we fancied a cocktail to say goodnight. The menu, despite being eclectic in selection was missing one of our favourites... The espresso martini. Our enquiry about this cocktail was met with exquisite unfamiliarity, but an eagerness to give it a go. We handed over a recipe, a YouTube video and ten minutes later we were presented with two exceptionally executed cocktails. We hope that the espresso martini will move toward holding a permanent spot on the lounge sky bars menu soon.
