Stopped for a drink with my brother while waiting for friends. The bartender was able to make a pretty good manhattan. The waitress had never heard of it before, but the bartender had no trouble. There is a piano player who does a really good job. I don't think I would make this a destination, but I did think the bar did a good job.

Had the chicken in clay pot and assorted spring rolls and both were fantastic. Broth in chicken dish was best I've ever had. Restaurant is very nice atmosphere but you can dress casual. Service is very good and staff are very friendly and helpful. Being in the Hilton prices are high for Hanoi but food is great, menu has something for everyone and it's convenient if staying in hotel.
