My wife and I were thrilled when we had heard that they did an effort and improved both quality as well as their services. We tried three days in a row their home delivery for a variety of sweets that very punctually arrived at our door step within the requested timings and the quality of the sweets was very good indeed. Well done Koueider! Highly recommended.

It's the ice cream that makes it worth to undertake a 30 min drive to get there. Different to Baskin Robbins or Carvel, at Koueider ice cream is less fancy and in more traditional style. Just try a scoop of dark chocolat ice cream and you believe that only the best natural ingredients can create such a wonderful ice cream, rich cocoa taste with traces of bitter chocolat. My favorite is strawberry cheesecake but pistachio is also great and an example how different the taste of natural ingredients against artificial taste. The price of LE 10,00 per scoop + tax is not cheap but all worth. Cannot say much about cakes, just had a brownie which was excellent. All things are well presented and the place is clean.

. I refer this criticism to the City Stars mall outlet. it is obvious from the minute you enter , the absence of management and the bad behaviour of the inexperienced staff. Although the restaurant was empty but they make you feel unwelcome as if you interrupted their vacation. it was 1 pm and nothing was properly done even the bill was wrongly calculated. My sincere advice is not to repeat my mistake

Great place for an ice cream or to buy oriental sweets. The place is shabby and run down and the service not very customer friendly. Especially the register guys. They all have a lousy attitude. I just know that the products sold there are great, which make up for all the above.
