There are not that many restaurants in Regensdorf, so if you take a walk to the centre of the village you automatically reach this Gasthof. I had dinner outside, as the weather was nice. Good service, I took a pasta. It tasted very good. Worth a visit!

Good, Swiss food at a high price. Excellent service and ambience. Smokers lounge next door is the only for miles around and offers great drinks. Catch the lady on Tuesday's behind the bar she is funny and very entertaining!

Haven't stayed at the Hirschen but have eaten here twice about a year apart, the latest being May 2013. Food is of a traditional home cooked Swiss style but none the worse for it. Service was good on both occasions and I enjoyed both meals as long as you're not expecting Haute cuisine. Also attached to the guesthouse is a smoking bar which is a blast from the past.
