Very good thai restaurant near theKandawgyi Lake on Nat Mauk Street, in front of Chatrium Hotel. A very well known address in Yangon. Good food, nice service and not too expensive for this side of Yangon.

Burmese cuisine is surprisingly bland , almost tasteless . We thought a Thai restaurant might offer something different , but it had little flavour or zip . Service was pleasant and setting quite nice , but overall disappointing . The restaurants at the Chatrium much better , and price very similar .
