Do not expect 'haute cuisine', but expect a local restaurant that easily fills up every night, where pizza's are ordered by the dozen for take away and where personel works hard. As far as we experienced, ingredients were fresh and home made. Service was straight forward and still friendly, but dependend on your own attitude. We went back several times, and were never unsatisfied. Pizza's are one of the best we had in Italy, so look no further if you're up for a restaurant with locals mixed with hotel guests who spare themselves at least triple the amount of money when visiting city centry for dinner.

We found this little place by our hotel in south Siena. We were going to another restaurant, but it was closed. The food here was amazing. The pizzas were the best we have had on our trip to Italy so far. The prices are very reasonable and the wine was excellent. Will go there again on our next rip.
