The food turned out to be quite good for a storefront take out place with a few tables. But the service ruined our experience. A group of 7 of us arrived and placed our individual orders at the register. Five of our orders came out to our table promptly, however, the last two orders took over 1/2 hour to be served. The waitress said their ticketing system broke down and they had lost the order. Patrons around us appeared also to be experiencing delays receiving their food. When the orders eventually started arriving, including to our table, they were often wrong and had to be sent back to the kitchen. We complained to the owner and asked for the money back on the two delayed dinners, but after much discussion, she begrudgingly refunded only one of the dinners. A smart owner would have provided a complete refund or certificates for future meals, and done so with an apologetic tone.
