We arrived after the kitchen closed and spoke with Gavin the manager. He let us know the kitchen was closed....and still accommodated us without issue. Service was fantastic...service over and above. Everything that you should expect from a downtown restaurant. Thanks Gavin. Again :) James

We've been coming to Elleven for around 3 years, ever since we discovered it. It's a bigger restaurant with numerous areas to sit and enjoy. The menu is very diverse and offers a bit of everything. The wine list is wonderful and can accommodate pretty much any wine you might enjoy. We recently returned to Elleven for a quick evening meal after a day of shopping. They were very pleasant and quickly handled our last minute request for a table. Our server was very pleasant and efficient and the assistants placing the meals were also very pleasant. My guest was not a fan of seafood but I convinced her to try it. We shared the shrimp appetizer, crab cakes and lobster sandwich and she spent the next day telling everyone what a fan of seafood she was! It can be busy (don't forget it's next door to Air Canada Centre) so be aware of when you go and what may be happening. They try hard to provide good service and excellent food and generally exceed in that effort. Thanks Elleven! Looking forward to our next visit!

This is the first place that we stopped for food once we got settled in and it may have even been the best of the trip. The burgers were amazing, the house bread appetizer was even fantastic and the drink menu was very well-explained with several good choices. The seating was very comfortable (I sat in a leather armchair) and the prices are what you'd expect for an upscale restaurant, which was great for me considering the exchange rate at the time.
