Our hotel recommended this restaurant and we were not disappointed. It on the third floor of a building on the far end of the pedestrian mall. Our meal was very nice. I had fried pike in a lemon mustard sauce with pickled cucumber salad and roasted potatoes. My husband had the house specialty, goulash with dumplings in a rich dark sauce. Both meals were very well prepared and presented nicely. The wait staff was extremely polite and provided attentive service.
My opinion about this restaurant is not about the food, the food was correct and well priced. The place is ok. I will talk about an incredible incident that did not make ourselves good by being there. As I sat, I collided with a radiator and a plastic part of this was broken. The waitress, who greeted us, said that it was a break that we should pay us. She talked to his boss, who also said that we should assume that cost. At no time appeared the chief there to explain us or to present the insurance terms. It was very unpleasant to have to negotiate payment of that break and the restaurant does not take charge of that with the insurance they should have. 20 € it cost repair. They made our meal was uncomfortable and we wanted to not even being able to enjoy some quality time. We ate quickly, paid and left. We never return there and for this kind of customer service I do not recommend anything about this place.
I booked the roof terrace for a family meal of over 20 of us, from the UK, on the day the signature dishes were not available, shame. Still we had a nice meal, and the helpful and friendly staff put our table inside so we didn't have to be out in the rain!
