Bought a Groupon for Penthouse Nine that advertised it as a contemporary restaurant. Problem: THERE IS NO RESTAURANT. You eat bad food in a makeshift bar. The bartender pretends to be your server and the service was beyond slow. I picked the hangar steak from a very limited menu. The "bordelaise" sauce advertised was A1 sauce and the "wedge fries" were shoestring fries straight out of the freezer. Even the drinks were bad and we thought we ordered drinks that you can't mess up (7 & 7).
