We have visited POSH on numerous ocassions and absolutely love this restaurant. It is wonderful and I am always reminded why we chose to keep returning to Washington DC. The only thing that needs to be changed is the location - it's too far away for us to visit without a night in a hotel as we live in CT :-( PLEASE open a sister restaurant in NYC. The restaurant is very exclusive and has that kind of atmosphere where you feel you should make an effort to dress-up and soak up the ambiance. That said, people do wear jeans, but I would say it would not be in keeping with the overall environment. I can't put into words how delicious the food is and it has never disappointed. We actually book weekends away in Washington DC just so we can eat at Posh - that's how good it is.
