I am a bit of a falafel snob and this was just ok. I had done some research and thought I found where the best falafel in DC was. Unforunately, I was underwhealmed. While I enjoyed the ability to dress my own falafel pita, everything seemed to lack seasoning and my falafel was dry. On a positive note, everything was really fresh.
Food itself was pretty good, but there was no help from the staff even though I told them it was my first time ordering Falafels... I just ordered this and that, and ended up paying $12-13 for a barely full meal....
A little place on the second floor/ a few tables inside & some We sat on the corner curb on a beautiful earlt summer evening, but didn't care because we came for the Falafels not fine dining- just awesome food. White or whole wheat pita offered, a large/reg is generous & a full meal - it has 5 falafels, really hot, crisp & delicious. There's got to be a dozen toppings, all REALLY fresh, plus sauces. If would be nice to have each labeled as it can get pretty busy with a line inside at times, & not much space to ask register guy or cook what's what? There's also peanut sauce located by the soda - in case your looking for it. This is a must if your up in Adams Morgan. Great fun area, up the 18th Street hill past Florida Ave.
