It's not my bag to review fast food places as people generally know what to expect with such places. However, Subway are supposed to stand out from the "Fast Food" crowd as they claim to provide fresh/healthy food. So when a Subway store is situated in a tourist hotspot like Universal CityWalk, you'd expect the staff to be a bit more cheery and helpful. At this particular Subway we found they were so miserable, couldn't crack a smile despite how smiley and cheery we were. Anyway, that was our experience!!
