We went back to Cavu on a Friday night before going to a concert. We hadn't been there for many years, so we weren't really sure what to expect. We were a bit concerned when there was only one other table occupied in the whole restaurant, other than the bar. But the food was very good, friendly service, and we enjoyed our meals. Recommend for a non-special occasion, very nice restaurant.
Spent the night at the Hilton after a week of skiing Whistler, so we were exhausted. Dinner in the hotel was a simple solution and boy were we pleased to find such a wonderful meal. My son had the steam and they were very accommodating with his special requests for sides. The rest of us had salmon, seafood and chorizo pasta and Italian flat bread. All were extremely tasty.
