After several Japanese meals, my family needed a break and we opted for this western eatery down the slope from our hotel. The ten minute walk in our snow boots worked up an appetite. The other diners in the simply furnished restaurant were Japanese so I gathered it couldn't have been an obvious tourist trap. As it turned out, the food was yummy. We ordered two wood-fired pizzas (both regular and thin crusted), pasta with chicken cutlet and seafood Pepperoncini, Service was friendly and brisk, though I was surprised to find that credit cards weren't accepted for payment,
It was a choice based on TA's review below and we went there for a quick Western style dinner after a long trip around Japan. It was just after the place opened so it was quiet but filled up fast. The food was OK - pizza was decent in comparison to pizzas I had in Asia but it still was too flabby and lacked crispiness. I shouldn't be too harsh, though - you will be happy enough to have dined there. The kid's corner is good - if you like I had a kid with you he or she can be left there for some time when you wait for you food to arrive.
