Adam Barringer began his career in the hospitality industry while attending UCF. He spent 14 years as a managing partner with Outback Steakhouse and Bonefish Grill. During which he earned his MBA in Entrepreneurial Ventures and in 2008, PhD in Business with a specialization in Leadership of Organizations from Capella University.
