Seasoning is missing for the meat, the chicken was good..Even though the vegetables needed some more salt and pepper, I loved the freshness...A little faster service would certainly be appreciated...

We visited because we had a Groupon. The service was quick and efficient, but not very friendly. The food was ok for a quick place. We had the chicken and beef plate. The meat was dry but decent flavor. The 'Magic sauce' helped. We also ordered a side of veggies, but unless you like unseasoned steamed/boiled cabbage it is a waste of money. We would not drive out of our way to eat at this place again, but if in the area we may consider going in for the chicken bowl.

Downtown Church Street, Orlando has so many sit down formal restaurants and bars. There's really no fast, casual and healthy place except for a few like the Flame Broiler. Its so nice that this place finally opened. This place is great. If you are looking for some grilled chicken or beef with white or brown rice and you either aren't hungry enough to eat the portions or can't pay twice as much as around the corner, this is the place to be. My favorite is the works plate or the chicken bowl with brown rice.
