Just to think I travelled all the way out to Rowville simply to check out this pub. Well, I was visiting other places as well, and going on a bus ride simply because I sometimes like going on bus rides, and this was one of the stops, however it really wasn't all that exciting. In fact it wasn't exciting at all. Rather, it seems like one of those modern multi-purpose suburban pubs that really doesn't excite me - at all. While the locals might like it, I'm not a local, and don't ever hope to become one.

It was a very wet winter day and we arrived at 1.15 pm. The queue to order our lunch was very long. To place our order it took about half an hour. Then another 45 minutes for our lunch to be served. The meals were all excellent. The ambience in the bistro is nice, the toilets need some attention with very wet floors in the men's.
