We were recommended this tiny Italian trattoria by some friends and were not disappointed. The blue swimmer crab soup was sublime, followed by linguini with prawns pistachios and chili. My husband had the signature grilled mushrooms and roast lamb shanks which were equally delicious. We finished up with the daily desert special an amazing confection of hazelnut sponge, vanilla and chocolate custard, sour cherries and burnt meringue. OMG I wanted to lick the dish but felt they may not have us back if I did! This was a wonderful meal, reasonably priced and friendly great service . The restaurant is tiny, crowded and you feel like you have travelled in time and place to somewhere else but it is a trip worth taking. We will definitely be back.
