So, we found this place while staying in Fiumicino the night before an early flight out of Rome airport. It was a Friday, and we got there around 8, right as it was getting quite busy. Many tables were reserved for people who had made reservations prior, and we could tell why. Pizzas were huge, honestly 30-40% bigger than usual Italian pizzas. Tasted great. Took a while to get our food, but almost certainly due to the rush. Prices were very reasonable. Lots of parking available. Consider stopping in here if you are nearby. Quick taxi ride from anywhere in Fiumicino.
Local pizzeria in an anonymous little street in Fiumicino. The place is situated next to something that looks like a parking lot, and it could have been a pharmacy for that matter. Once inside the interior is nothing special. However, it is overflowing with locals and everyone knows what that means in Italy. The pizza's are gigantic, very flavorful, and cheap. My diavola was really very good, thin crust and lots of cheese. Bottle of prosecco, bottle of red wine, 3 pizza's, coffee and grappa for 55 eur. Unbeatable.
