We are currently visiting Seattle and ordered dinner via Grub delivery. Amante's food was incredibly delicious and was delivered fast! The lasagna and beet salad were scrumptious! The food has a fresh, homemade feel! Highly recommend!

Amante's Pizza up on Capitol Hill has been a place my husband and I frequented quiet a bit the last few years. We have always enjoyed to food. Flavorful, good portions and a lot to choose from. Their grinders are really great, the pastas are good, the salads are great, and the calzones are awesome. The reason for my rating comes from the service at Amante's. Eating in was hit or miss. Sometime the service was slow, or the orders would come back wrong, or the wait staff just wasn't very present or friendly. They do deliver, which is what we did a few nights ago. The delivery man called me to let me know he was outside, but that he wouldn't come to the door. Whatever, I went out to meet him. Not a big deal. What was little irritating was that the order was wrong. My confirmations were clear in what I ordered, but they didn't manage to get it right. It was a very straight forward order. Amante's is a fine place, but it's service (and what has seemed like a lack of caring from the staff) brings the rating down for me.
