Traveling with work and wasn't sure where to eat or really what I fancied. Then I walked past this place and smelt the cooking, suddenly I wanted a Nasi Goerang. I wasn't disappointed, the food is great, and consideration the location very cheap! Pretty basic place more 'canteen' style than restaurant but food was top class and staff are very nice.
I have been a regular here for some good 2 years I think ..every time I get to Sydney I always stay in the same hotel in the area so to get here is just a few steps from my hotel.. I always take out char kway tiew (stir fired noodle in black soya sauce. But 2 days ago it tasted so much worse... Not sure if the chef has been changed.. I also order white rice with chicken and onion in soy sauce...the rice was to hard.. Disappointed with both meal I got...
