We stayed in the Sydney Hilton and had our breakfast in this beautiful restaurant on the day of arrival. We went at the tail end of the breakfast hours and there were not many people still eating. We ordered custom egg dishes and all the buffet items were still tidy and available. All items were very yummy. The dark wood paneling and floor-to-ceiling wine case was very stylish. Price on par with any fine hotel breakfast buffet ($28 AUST per person, includes tip and tax).
