I and my husband works out at the Hilton and this restaurant is so convenient. We visit here at least once a month. They are usually packed with tourists, mostly Japanese. The staff are accommodating especially Francis. He calls my husband by name every time we dine in there and even though he's not our server, he still greets us and ask if everything is good. We usually go without reservation but they always find way to seat us. Food is so good. Price is not bad considering the quality of food and service you're getting. You can choose any fresh seafood on display and they'll cook it for you.
Don`t take the free bus that is offered, it is the oldest bus in Guam with a/c that does not work and the seats are mostly broken and automatically fully recline as a result - oh and it stops at every hotel between where ever u r staying and the Hilton! I checked the web site prior to booking and went especially for the Australian mud crabs, shame they did not have any or tell me that when I booked - suggest you check if that is what u r going to eat! The service was generally poor, we sat there for a good 15 minutes before being able to order drinks which was a result of asking at the front counter if there was actually table service. Had the brown crab which apparently comes from Ireland according to the waitress, if you have eaten the mud crab in Singapore then don`t even think about ordering the crab here. In general service was poor, shared 2 starters and had to ask for plates to eat off when each of the starters arrived, mains arrived at different times and plates were only cleared from the table when we requested. It is a bit of a hike and much better restaurants around - and if you like sashimi don`t order it here - was obviously frozen at some point and generally poor quality and expected much more from a restaurant in the Hilton.
