I have tried to go alone one night but i couldn't enter cause i was a male and alone. On new years eve i went with my turkish friend there around three... I saw a lot of turkish male alone without girls (why can they enter?). Anyway.. we gave our clothes, paid 15 YTL. Ordered two efes 33 cl for 30 YTL and five minutes later lights go on and music stops... they never warned us... We went back for out clothes and they tried to rip off the girl before me. They asked her extra money to get her clothes back... I reacted on this because i think its unfair and i spend a lot of time in Turkey and know a little bit of the language. Conclusion.. This club is a giant rip off. My turkish friend grew up in Istanbul and she felt ashamed for this.
We visited the place once on a week night and it was decent enough. When we went back on a saturday night we were once told at the door that it was crowded and that we should come a little later . When we returned after an hour we were told curtly by the man at the entrance that there was a private party on , and therefore not open to the public. this was strange as the earlier doorman did not mention anything of a private party ! Moreover , whilst he told us this several people , presumable locals , were entering and leaving at will. We have visited several bars and clubs in Istanbul and found people friendly but this place seemed to have a policy of keeping out foreigners!
