My experience of the Veranda restaurant in Stavropol has not been pleasant. The restaurant is well laid out and the food is actually good, BUT..... I ordered a strarter chicken wings, to be followed by a main disg of beef with vegetabIes. I waited 40 minutes for the starter. It arrived and 2 minutes later my main dish arrived. When I asked the waiter how I was supposed to eat both dishes together, she shrugged, her shoulders and left me. Needless to say, my main dish was cold, and it didn't help to complain. I didn't order a desert as I had no desire to wait another 40 minutes. I have not returned and have no intention of doing so again.
